The Payment Tracker Service

We agree to provide you with the Payment Tracker Service. The Service includes all of the Payment Tracker features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance Payment Tracker's mission: To provide an accessible payment tracking interface between Clients and Service Providers. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the Service):

For Service Providers

Payment Claim Upload Service

We want you to be able to upload and send your payment claim directly to the client and more specifically, to the first department and or person responsible for receiving payment claims from service providers. The Payment Claim Upload service is a simple way of sending the most vital information required to begin processing your claim. The Payment Claim Upload service is intended to reduce the initial time between completion of a payment claim and processing of that said claim. The Payment Claim Upload Service takes brief details about the project the claim is in reference to as well as the actual Payment Claim Document in the form of a PDF file. This information is stored on our secure cloud servers before informing the applicable party/s of the submission and making the said claim available for download and review.

Payment Tracking Service

The Payment Tracking Service is an interface for displaying data related to payment claims that you have submitted for processing. The Payment Tracking Service is intended to highlight where in the process your payment claim(s) are as well as provide you with update messages; requests for additional information; and or changes needed in order to further process your claim(s). The Payment Tracking Service is intended to be simple to understand, easy to use and an efficient means of viewing your payment claim(s) status. The stages of the Payment Tracking Service are created based on the processes and procedures identified as used by the client to whom your service is provided. These stages are intended to breakdown the processes and procedures into relevant sections and provide you with a simple reference point for where in process your payment is at any time.
